Question

Where should I park for the wedding?

Answer

Before turning into the Fernstone Retreat on your left, you will see a field across the street on your right with a sign for parking. Please park in this field. Ceremony starts at 3, please arrive early for parking, pre ceremony gathering, and to be seated!

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Although the ceremony doesn't start until 3, we kindly ask that all guests arrive early! All guests are welcome to enter the space starting at 2pm to have time to park, gather before the ceremony, and get seated comfortably. Yay!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Uniontown, and will help to accommodate transportation to other locations such as Nemacolin Resort and the vacation rental cabins after we see who has reserved where. The shuttle holds about 50 guests.

Question

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

While RSVPing on our website you will be able to see all who falls under your invitation. If your name says "and guest" or is accompanied with someone else's name then yes, you may bring them as your guest! If not, we kindly ask that you respect our guest list as we truly have invited a lot of people and would like to share our day with ones that we know and love on a personal level.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We both have very large families and love each and every one of you so very much - this includes the kids too! Unfortunately our families are so large that we weren't able to accommodate everyone, so the only kids that are invited are our closest first cousins, nieces/nephews, and those with parents that are traveling long distances to share our day with us. When RSVP'ing online, your child's name will be included in your party's reservation. We have also taken into consideration those living close to in-laws for easy childcare alternatives! So for the rest of you, we thought this would be a great time to let loose and enjoy your night with the adults! Thank you so much for understanding how hard of a decision this was for us, but we really tried our best to make it work for all and we hope that's reflected in this message and on our day!

Question

Dress Code?

Answer

Friday: Casual cocktail attire - Saturday: Dress to impress, bonus points for topping your look off with a fashionable hat! Stylish hats were Hannah's grandmother's favorite, and now they're hers too! Think vintage. Sunday: Be comfy and ready to explore the outdoors, hiking/grilling/kayaking/fishing/and waterfalls that await!
