Dear Guests, A block of rooms has been arranged at The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort for our family and friends. You may reserve a room through the booking link below or by calling Hilton Reservations at 1-855-274-3978 (24/7 available). Assigned dates for the guest rooms: October 15 and 16, 2026 PLEASE NOTE: * Availability of the group rate/rooms is LIMITED. Please book ASAP. * The room block will stay open until midnight on Tuesday September 15, 2026 OR until the block is filled, whichever comes first. *If you choose to book via other travel sites (i.e. Expedia, Priceline, etc.) or if you choose to book using Hilton Honors Points or discounted reservations through Hilton Advance Purchase your reservation will NOT be a part of the group. Your reservation also will NOT be eligible for the transportation to/from the wedding venue, self-parking and the waived Resort Fee. Please book within our block! IMPORTANT: Please first make a reservation in the block for the assigned dates, October 15 and 16, 2026. Shuttle from the The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort to Spruce Mountain Ranch

The shuttle(s) will depart from The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort promptly at 3pm. We will attempt to accommodate as many non-hotel guests as possible, but need to collect a shuttle headcount that this matches the number of seats we have allocated based on the number of guests staying in the hotel. There is ample parking at Spruce Mountain Ranch if you wish to drive. It MAY be possible to use rideshare to get to Spruce Mountain Ranch but rideshare will NOT be available to pick you up at the end of the night.

We will attempt to accommodate as many non-hotel guests as possible, but need to collect a shuttle headcount that this matches the number of seats we have allocated based on the number of guests staying in the hotel. There is ample parking at Spruce Mountain Ranch if you wish to drive. It MAY be possible to use rideshare to get to Spruce Mountain Ranch but rideshare will NOT be available to pick you up at the end of the night.
