When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you please RSVP to us no later than September 1st 2026

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have carefully curated our guest list and we are excited to celebrate our special day with our family and closest friends. We ask guests to please not bring a plus one unless it is specified on your invitation. Online RSVP's will have your name and plus ones listed (family members as well). Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes- We look forward to celebrating with our guests in style. Our dress code is Black Tie Formal. Black Tie means wearing formal elegant evening attire; typically a floor length gown, sophisticated jumpsuit or dressy separates in luxurious fabrics. Think sophisticated elegance, not casual or overly revealing. We are not requiring you to wear black. We’d love to see everyone dressed to the nines—tuxedos will make the night feel extra special. Our bridesmaids will be wearing espresso brown. Please avoid this color. Thank you

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that guests arrive to our ceremony location between 3:30pm- 3:45pm. Please allow yourself enough time to walk the path to our ceremony location.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! please let us know in your meal selection- we will make sure your meal reflects any and all allergies.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes- We have a shuttle service open to ALL wedding guests, not just hotel guests. Pick up and drop off will be at Inverness Hotel. Please let us know if you would like to utilize our shuttle option only if you are NOT staying at the hotel. If you are staying at the hotel, we already have your headcount. But if you would like to drive, there is plenty of parking at Spruce Mountain Ranch (upper venue) Please feel free to carpool but this venue is out of Uber proximity, please DO NOT use any Uber or Lyft services.

Ceremony and Reception are at the same location. There is plenty of parking
