We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites in downtown Austin, just across the river from the hike & bike trail and close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and things to do. This is the most convenient option to the venue and central Austin. The link listed is our direct group rate booking link. The room rates are as follows: King Suite - $159 per night ($189 including taxes + fees) Double Queen Suite - $169 per night ($201 with taxes + fees) The rate includes complimentary made-to-order breakfast, evening reception, WiFi and $30 self-parking for your stay. Please book no later than May 14th, to confirm the rate. The rooms will be released after May 14th. If you’d like to stay extra nights before/beyond the block dates, the hotel will honor the group rate based on availability. You may need to call the hotel directly to add those nights. The hotel also has an indoor pool and is pet-friendly with an additional fee.

This hotel is further from the venue, but still an easy drive and close to family and friends who live in that area. This is a great option if you’re looking for a more affordable stay. Group Rate: $99/night Estimated Total with Taxes/Fees: about $116/night This hotel has free breakfast and free parking. It is also pet-friendly with an additional fee.
