Karina
Matron of Honor
This is Karina! She was born and raised in Vacaville, California and as a military brat, lived in 6 states. Karina and Lydia met at work and have become best friends. Karina proposed to her now husband, Jose, with an epic flash mob at Waldameer. Lydia was there to see him say 'YES' and celebrate their matrimony in 2019. Karina and Lydia have had many adventures together (with Jose, too!) and always have a great time. Although best friends, they're more like family. They finish each other's sentences and know each other's Starbucks order! Karina has a beautiful blended family with 3 step children and a daughter of her own who was born in 2021. Karina has the biggest heart and Lydia couldn't ask for a better friend to be her #1 on the best day of her life.
Patrick
Best Man
A young infant is rocketed to earth as a distant planet is detroyed...no, sorry, wrong origin story. Patrick's birth was a little more close to home here in Erie, PA; though he has at times been accused of being from another planet. His interests include but are not limited to playing guitar, reading, martial arts, photography, astronomy, and the search for the perfect hamburger. He has traveled to many places including New Orleans, Belize, and Israel, with hopes to add Russia and Scotland to the list one day. Patrick has worn quite a few different hats, as the saying goes. He is delighted to be donning another 'chapeau' for his cousin's wedding. When you can't be Superman, then at least be the 'best man'.
Cassandra

Cass is Lydia's half-sister and Lydia wishes she could be half the person Cass is! Cass is a wonder woman with so many tricks up her sleeve. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration, is an awesome dog-mom and wife, is an ambitious lady boss working from home, is the most creative and crafty person (Etsy ain't got nothin' on her!), she is so much fun and achieves her goals and dreams, and always has a project in the works! She stays busy and makes the most out of life! (She also has a beautiful singing voice but you have to catch her). Lydia is so grateful to have Cass in her life and it means so much to share this significant day with her.
John aka “Bear”

John attended Edinboro University for 2-D Animation where he met his future wife, Ellen. They had a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle-themed wedding, complete with an officiant dressed as Splinter and now live with their three lovely boys (cats), Tiggy, Polar and Calvin. He is notorious for playing jokes on his somehow still-unsuspecting wife. To compliment his wife and her twin sister’s Frozen cosplay, John is manly enough to dress as Kristoff. 😉❄️☃️ He used to be really good at the Hook Shot playing basketball (now, he would just hurt himself). Chance works with John and Lydia has made a lasting first impression on John and Ellen. They are looking forward to many more fun-filled double dates. But probably not bowling anytime soon.
Carolyn

Carolyn is one of Lydia's cousins and closest friends. She is more of a shy person, but has a big heart. Lydia and Carolyn have shared plenty of great memories together from movie nights to road trips, camping, and parties! She may be quiet, but don't confuse that with boring. She loves watching Bob's Burgers, playing with her two dogs, and spending time with her husband and family. Carolyn is a down to earth kind of girl, always looking for a good time, and is full of adventure. Fun fact: she has a knack for making bomb recipes and should totally open up a gourmet toasted cheese food truck ;)
Aaron aka "Skarz"

Skarz is a jack of all trades. He is currently best known for being the game master at the monthly game night. Skarz is an intelligent, dapper man that knows how to keep life exciting and have adventures! He loves spending time with his friends, enjoying the outdoors, gadgets and guns. Skarz is great at livening up a gathering and bringing people together. Chance and Lydia are honored to have a friend like Skarz and couldn't imagine celebrating this moment without him.
Jenn
Bridesmaid
Jenn is also one of Lydia's cousins (Carolyn's twin😛). Some of her favorite memories with Lydia are from annual trips to Benezette with the family. Jenn is the life of the party and always has a good time. She has such a positive outlook and spreads her vibrant energy wherever she goes! In her free time, she enjoys camping, playing with her dog, kayaking, and going on adventures. Lydia has enjoyed spending time with Jenn always having fun, watching scary movies, and in great conversation. Jenn is a true gem and Lydia wouldn't want to have this momentous day without her. Lydia is looking forward to making many more memories together as cousins and good friends.
Mike

Mike is a pretty cool dude. Brother to bridesmaids Eden and Rachel, Mike has been friends with Chance for quite some time. Lydia and Mike have only known each other for a few months - the met by 'Chance'.... but Lydia very much enjoys the friendship they share. While Mike is more reserved, he is an excellent conversationalist and enjoys the shenanigans at game night. He is also into tactical gadgets and guns and is really a ninja - so beware! Chance and Lydia are grateful to have Mike stand by their side to mark this momentous occasion.
Eden

Eden is a sweet soul and has a heart of Gold. She has known both Lydia and Chance through the ministry they met at, Erie Young Adults. Eden and Chance remained friends over the years and now Lydia joins their frequent game nights. Lydia is very blessed to have Eden in her life and enjoys reconnecting again. Eden is a licensed massage therapist, enjoys spending time with friends and hosting awesome game parties, making and eating delicious cuisine, watching nature documentaries, and has a strong interest in creation science and apologetics. Chance and Lydia are delighted to be sharing their special day with Eden at their side.
Darin
Bridesman
Darin is Lydia's oldest brother. He is multitalented and quite entertaining! He's a great cook, loves coming up with new concoctions, and likes to eat! (much like his sister lol). He is also very musically inclined and likes to tinker with songs. He is a great partner to Linda and amazing dad to his two kiddos, Daisy and Zaedyn. Darin is a ton of fun and likes to have balance between keeping busy, spending time with his family, and relaxing.
Rachel

Meet Rachel! Rachel is a daycare teacher - a perfect profession because she is young at heart! She has known Chance for so long that she can't even remember when they met. Lydia met Rachel at Erie Young Adults along with Eden and Skarz (and Chance!). Chance and Rachel share similar interests in movies, comics, superheroes, cooking and games! Chance and Lydia enjoy spending time with Rachel, typically at game night in hysterical laughter. Rachel enjoys crocheting, riding her bike, reading, and chilling at the beach! Chance and Lydia are looking forward to continuing their friendship with Rachel during this new season of their life.
Thomas

Thomas is a man of many talents and full of surprises. He is a hopeless romantic that enjoys long walks on the beach and motorcycle crashes... Well, he doesn't enjoy those per se. He is always entertaining, likes to play his guitar, work on bikes, fish, go on crazy adventures, is a daredevil, and an all around awesome guy. Thomas is one of Lydia's five siblings and although their time together is few and far between, they always have a great time. Lydia is looking forward to sharing this special day of her life with Thomas and hopes to write this new chapter with those close to her heart.
Isabella

Isabella is Lydia's younger sister. She is a goofball and a ton of fun! She's a true country girl and recently moved to Alaska! She loves to roller skate and be involved in all kinds of fun sports. But, even more so she loves science! Isabella loves to make and create things, do experiments, and is a crafting expert! She also likes to help her mom bake (and lick the batter!), she loves fun colors, she likes getting into mischief, and she loves her dog, Moony Bear! Lydia couldn't be happier than to have Isabella be a part of her big day.
Everett

Everett is Lydia's younger brother. They don't get to see each other often, but when they do it's usually a good time of laughing and picking on each other just as siblings do! Everett enjoys specialty cars, video games, shooting pool, and his beautiful baby boy, Jaxson.
