WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

We are asking for guest to please try to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to give you time to park and find a seat. The doors open at 5:30 pm and the ceremony begins promptly at 6:00pm, the doors will close and lock at that time.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi- formal attire: a balance between elegant, comfortable and fancy. We do not have a wardrobe color requirement; however, if you would like to dress with the aesthetics of the wedding you are more than welcome to wear fall colors but ultimately it is your decision. We are asking for all guest to refrain from wearing white or cream attire to the wedding/reception. Thank you!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?

Answer

You will be deeply missed! If you are not able to make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "decline", so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

WHAT IF I DONT RSVP BY THE DEADLINE?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our August 24th deadline, you will be marked "not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner.

WILL I BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE CEREMONY AND NOT THE RECEPTION?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. Unfortunately, if you are not on the guest list you will not be able to attend either event.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Answer

We can't wait to welcome you to our wedding. Please note this event is child - free, with the exception of children in the wedding party. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly request no children under the age of 18. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause to any of our guest, we appreciate your understanding and hope you will be able to join us on our special day.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to our very limited guest list, we will not be able to accommodate any plus one's that have not been previously approved by the bride and groom. Thank you!

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a person's phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony and you exit into the cocktail area, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us using our QR code provided. Thank you!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar. Please note, no outside liquor, drinks or food of any kind will be permitted.

IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK?

Answer

Yes, there is! We have coordinated with Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte and Courtyard Charlotte Airport/Billy Graham Parkway to ensure easy booking for any guest that would like to stay the night. The hotel blocks are from Friday October 25, 2024 - Sunday October 27, 2024. You can find more details under the travel section of this website. Thank you!

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED TO THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes. If you are staying at the hotel, we will have a shuttle providing transportation to and from the venue at specific times. However, if you decide to drive there will be plenty of available parking spaces at the venue.
