When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please try and RSVP as soon as possible. We have a strict headcount that we need finalized several weeks in advance.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes we are! In lieu of a traditional wedding registry, we have decided to give guests the opportunity to contribute to a once in a lifetime honeymoon. The registry is linked directly through our wedding website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Feel free to arrive in cocktail/business casual attire. Button down and slacks or dresses/skirts. Don't forget your mask!!!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Any additional Plus Ones will be listed on your personal invitations. Due to venue constraints we cannot give everyone a date/plus one. If you are still unsure after receiving your invitation, please do not hesitate to reach out to Connor or I.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to venue/budget constraints, we are having an adults only ceremony and reception. Take this time to enjoy a parents night out and celebrate with us!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Absolutely! Hotel recommendations are listed under the "Lodging" tab on our wedding website. We do have a room block available at the Courtyard Marriott listed in the Lodging tab. We have limited rooms available, so if you know you will want to stay in a hotel, book ASAP to get a discounted rate! Just ask for a room in the Chance/Green wedding block.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available, however, it is not overnight parking. Please make sure that you have arranged a way to get home or to a hotel safely.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are available in Midlothian.

Question

What sanitization precautions will be taken because of COVID-19?

Answer

We will have hand sanitizing stations available for all guests to use, as well as bathrooms stocked with soap and paper towels for hand washing. Masks will be required when not eating or drinking, and when social distancing is not possible. If you do not have a mask, or forget yours at home, one will be provided for you. Disposable dinner and drinkware will be provided, and an attended buffet line will be put in place instead of self serve. We will be taking every precaution to keep our guests safe, but if you do not feel comfortable attending, we completely understand! These are unprecedented times, and please do not feel obligated to attend if you are not comfortable with it. Additionally, if you have any signs of illness leading up to the wedding, please refrain from attending.

What if I am not feeling okay? Can I still come?

Answer

If you have not been feeling well, please do not attend, especially if you have any symptoms of COVID-19. We would love to celebrate with you at a later date when you're feeling better!

Will you be live-streaming for those who can’t/decline to attend?

Answer

Yes! We fully understand the hesitance to attend a wedding during this time. Because of that, we will be live streaming the ceremony for those who choose not to, or cannot attend.
