The RSVP deadline is July 10, 2022. For your convenience, we made the process of RSVP-ing entirely online. To submit your RSVP, please click the 'RSVP' tab located at the top right corner of this website and fill out the needed prompts. Please RSVP with a song that will keep you on the dance floor!
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire or medieval fantasy. Ladies have the option of wearing cocktail dresses, and gentlemen should wear standard cocktail attire. You may also channel your inner medieval maiden or renaissance man by wearing garments that reflect the Middle Ages. For the ladies, heels are highly discouraged since the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on a grass surface.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Yes, parking is free. There is free and convenient parking located right in front of the building.
No. No form of smoking or vaping is allowed in or around the venue.
Food and drinks will most certainly be provided. There will be a cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style meal later in the evening.
We invite you to be truly present with us during our nuptials with an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony's conclusion. Though our I Do’s are unplugged, our reception is not. After the ceremony has concluded, we encourage guests to take and post pictures on their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #MerrytobeWherry so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors. Please make sure to dress for Midwest fall weather. The reception will be taking place indoors in a temperature controlled environment.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the cocktail hour space, where there will be a grazing table and beverages.
