Wedding Venue: Hudson Event Space 200 8 Ave SW, 6th floor, Calgary, AB T2P 1B5, Canada Hudson is located on Stephen Avenue in downtown Calgary, where the old Hudson’s Bay department store once stood. *Please note: This is not the Hudson’s bar - just to clarify! The main entrance is on Stephen Avenue (8th Ave), across from the Palace Theatre and next to the Guild Restaurant, under the Bay arches. Look for the red neon triangle sign on the door and a "Private Event - Tait & Sujin Wedding" sign on the street to guide you. As the venue is located in downtown Calgary, there will be private security at the entrance to assist and the door opens at 4PM. For parking, there are some street parking spots and paid parkades nearby, but we recommend taking an Uber or cab so we can all party the night away worry-free! Once inside, you’ll find two elevators to take you to the 6th floor, where both the ceremony and dinner will be held.

A hotel room block at the Fairmont Palliser with a substantial discounted rate is available to all of our guests. Guests are responsible for booking their own rooms. However, if you have a particular room request, or specific needs/requirements, please let us know ASAP and we will try to ensure the hotel has that room set aside for you! If you wish to stay at any other hotels, feel free to do so. However, proximity and accessibility to the wedding venue and the rest of the city, is top-tier at the Fairmont!
