Doors open at 4PM and the ceremony starts at 4:30PM sharp. Please arrive around 4-4:10PM to settle in, find your seats, and catch up with friends and family! If you arrive later than 4:30PM, we won't be able to let you in until the ceremony concludes around 5pm. Hudson (wedding venue) is located in downtown Calgary on Stephen Avenue, where the old Hudson’s Bay store once stood. *Please note: This is not the Hudson’s bar - just to clarify! The main entrance is on Stephen Avenue (8th Ave SW), across from the Palace Theatre and next to the Guild Restaurant, under the Bay arches. Look for the red neon triangle sign on the door and a "Private Event - Tait & Sujin Wedding" sign on the street to guide you. For parking, there are some street parking spots and paid parkades nearby, but we highly recommend taking an Uber or cab so we can all party the night away worry-free!
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We respectfully request that you do not wear white, champagne, cream, or light pink outfits (white shirts for the men are okay).
Once entered in the building, you’ll find two elevators to take you to the 6th floor, where both the ceremony and dinner will be held. A member of our on-site coordination team will be at the registration desk to check you in upon arrival.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Signature cocktails will be available as you are entertained by live music. Dinner and reception will follow after.
6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Dinner and wine will be served!

Sub Rosa is a speak-easy cocktail bar located in the basement of the Hudson building. Please follow the signage! Drinks and late-night snacks will be available. Enjoy the party and the live DJ performance, and don't forget to dance!
