Matron of Honor
I have known Berkeley since the 8th grade. She is the type of person that can light up any room she walks into and has been one of the biggest examples of God's love in my life. We have shared so much together: from adventures, coffee dates, college, long phone calls and Facetimes, and everything else in between. Berkeley was the first one I really told about having a crush on Tait. She was the one who helped to see that Tait was the one and that I should not let him slip through my fingers. Berkeley has been with me all of high school, all of college, and now I am so honored to have her stand by my side. Best friend forever!
Bridesmaid
Lydia has been a part of both of lives in more ways than one. For Tait, she has been one of his families closest friends. For me, she was one of the first (and longest) friends I ever made at camp. Our love of Marvel and Captain America has been the foundations of a friendship that has lasted for almost 10 years. Lydia will gladly take credit for setting me and Tait up (and to a certain extent, that is true lol), but she truly has been there for us all throughout our whole journey. Having her stand with me on this big day is so fitting because she has been like family to the both of us for so long.
Bridesmaid
To know Maya is to constantly feel loved and supported no matter how a part you may be. From Bible Study leader buddies to bridesmaid, Maya has been an ever constant support. Her love, thoughtful heart, attentiveness, and love of Cheerwine are just a few ways of describing the amazing person that she is. Maya was truly a God-sent gift to me when I needed a friend most. And her support of me and Tait over the years has been truly a blessing. I am so excited to be sharing this moment with her.
Bridesmaid
Jadyn is more than our personal photographer (LOL). She has been one of my closest friends these last four years at college. From youth, to fellow leader, and to college buddy, Jadyn has been there for all the craziness of life that has been thrown at me. She is one of the best football buddies I could ask for. But most importantly, she has always been there for me whenever I have needed to get something off my chest or even just to give me a hug. Having her be a part of our day feels almost full circle. She has been there from the beginning and had a front row seat for the ride. To know Jadyn is to be known. I am so glad to be saying "I do" with her by my side.
Best Man
Ransom is my older brother, so I guess that I’ve known him for at least a decade or two. He is a lifelong friend and I am so excited that he gets to be a part of this big day! He is someone who I have looked up to my whole life. He’s an incredibly smart and hard-working man. I am grateful for the support that he has shown Hannah and I.
Groomsman
I’ve known Zane since I was in preschool. He has been one of my closest friends and supporters for as long as I can remember. I am so glad that we have had so many years to get to know each other, and that we are still great friends after spending years apart. Hannah and I had the pleasure of attending his wedding back in April. I am so glad that he gets to come to mine.
Groomsman
Mason is a great friend that I met in the marching band at Liberty. Even though I haven’t known him for very long compared to the rest of these guys, he has quickly become someone that I am deeply grateful to have in my life. He is always able to brighten a room with his joyful spirit and his passion for the things he believes in. Mason has always been a big encourager for Hannah and me, and I am so grateful for him.
