FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by August 30 so we can finalize all the details for the day. Your RSVP helps us plan everything from seating to dinner, and we’re so excited to celebrate with you. If you have any questions about the RSVP process, feel free to reach out and we can help with RSVP details.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We invite guests to arrive at 6:00 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 6:10 and is timed with the sunset. We’d love everyone to be settled and present as the evening starts.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in cocktail attire—think polished but comfortable. Suits or jackets for men, and dresses, jumpsuits, or separates for women. No need for black‑tie formality, just something you’d feel great wearing for an evening celebration.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re keeping our guest list intimate and will only be able to accommodate the people listed on your invitation. We love you all and wish we had room for everyone, but keeping things small helps us celebrate in the way that feels right for us. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to keep our celebration adults‑only. This lets us keep the evening intimate, relaxed, and true to the vibe we’re hoping for. We appreciate your understanding and hope it can be a fun night out for you.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For hotel recommendations and travel tips, feel free to check out the Travel section—we’ve gathered our favorite spots to make planning easy. And if you’d prefer something more personalized, just ask us.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure dinner works for you.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We recommend taking the subway or a cab to the venue like a true New Yorker. If you prefer to drive, there’s a parking garage nearby at 80 John Street, just a short walk away.
