Question
When should we arrive?
Answer
We are so excited that you can join us to celebrate! The wedding will take place Monday, December 8th, 2025. We understand everyone has different schedules, we recommend coming whenever is convenient for you. The Airbnb is reserved from Saturday December 6th, check in at 4pm through Thursday December 11th, check out at 10am. Sunday we plan to host a dinner at the Airbnb for those who want to join!

Where will we be staying?
Answer
We plan to provide accommodations through renting a large Airbnb in Orlando area where our guests can stay. Please see the tab “Travel” which has a link to the Airbnb listing. Depending on space needed, we will have a backup in case it is necessary. It is located in the Paradiso Grande community which has a common pool area great for all ages. There are many stores, restaurants etc. nearby. This is about 15 minutes from the airport, 45 minutes from the wedding venue and 20 minutes from Disney.

What is the best way to get around if we choose to fly into Orlando?
Answer
There are a few options for transportation! Ubers are plentiful in the area, however can add up if needing to navigate between places or if you have a large group traveling together. Under the transportation tab we will also include potential car rental options that could be picked up from the airport and returned at the end of your trip.

You mentioned Disney, can you tell me more?
Answer
What is more magical than spending the day at Disney World?!? For those who are able to join, we would love to go to Disney on Wednesday December 10th. Ticket options Single Day Ticket cost is $179 plus tax Single Day Park Hopper cost is $247 plus tax There are also options for multiple days if your family decides to extend your stay even more! There are multiple options for transportation to Disney including Ubers, use of your rental car and parking at Disney. If you’re unsure ask and we will help you figure that piece out as best as we can!

What about food?
Answer
Our plan is to have the Airbnb stocked with some basic snacks, sandwich items, breakfast pastries etc. to make things easier for everyone. There are also many restaurants nearby if you have a rental car, or to utilize Uber eats if needed. Sunday we will plan to have a meal for dinner at the Airbnb. Monday evening there will be a meal provided during the reception. As the event gets closer we will work to finalize and simplify what makes most sense! If you have specific dietary needs or specific snack requests, please let us know & we will do our best!
