Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. This will also give you a chance to enjoy the beautiful ranch surroundings before things get started. The ceremony will begin promptly on time, so please plan to arrive on time to ensure you don’t miss any of the magic!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will take place outdoors on a beautiful ranch, so we encourage guests to dress comfortably but still look their best. Think elegant but relaxed—perfect for a charming countryside celebration. For ladies, flowy dresses and cute wedges or flats are great choices, and for men, light dress shirts, jeans, and comfortable shoes will keep you stylish and ready for the terrain. Since it will be outdoors, we recommend bringing layers or a light jacket in case it gets cooler in the evening. Most importantly, wear what makes you feel good while staying comfortable!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, we’d be delighted for you to bring a guest! If your invitation is addressed to you only, we kindly ask that you attend solo due to our space and vendor limits. We’re excited to celebrate with everyone, and we appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your invitation specifically mentions children, we’d love for them to join us in celebrating! However, due to space and food limitations, we kindly ask that if your invitation is addressed to adults only, you make arrangements to leave little ones at home.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Your health and safety are important to us! If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, we ask that you reach out to us in advance so we can plan accordingly. We want everyone to enjoy the celebration worry-free!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available for both the ceremony and reception! When you arrive, there will be signs to help guide you to the designated parking areas. We ask that you please follow the directions to ensure smooth flow and ample space for all guests. If you have any mobility concerns or need special accommodations, please let us know in advance, and we'll be happy to assist!
