What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, men should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The climate in Atlanta in May is usually sunny and warm, ideal for outdoor activities. The average daily high temperatures in May is 79°F. The wet Spring season continues from April into May so a chance of rain is also possible during this time.

Where is the wedding ceremony taking place?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place at the Epicurean Hotel on the 9th floor Sky Terrace lawn. This one-acre lush green space delivers sparkling city views for our special day.

Will the ceremony be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors at the Sky Terrace lawn, weather permitting. If there is rain, the ceremony will take place in the ballroom also on Floor 9.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the outside reception where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and drinks, including an open bar.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The address for the hotel is: Epicurean Atlanta 1117 West Peachtree St. Atlanta, GA 30309 Use the entrance off West Peachtree Street. It is a one-way street. You will see the large, orange blade sign on the side of the building and that is the main entrance. When you pull into the motor lobby, you can valet park or proceed to the self-parking garage. There is a fee for parking that must be paid by the guests.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6pm. We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony (5:30pm), to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should I park? Is parking free?

Answer

If you chose to drive, there is a self-park parking deck and valet parking for a fee. We recommend those local to Atlanta take Uber or Lyft.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at Epicurean Atlanta, AC Hotel, Moxy Hotel and Marriott Suites. These hotels are recommended as they are within a block of the event hotel (Epicurean). All rooms are on a first come, first serve basis. The room blocks expire in late March / early April depending on the hotel. Airbnb is also a great option in this part of town. When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail RSVP or can I do it online?

We kindly ask that you RSVP online no later than April 14, 2022. You can RSVP anytime by clicking the link on our website for RSVP, or go to: www.zola.com/wedding/tabithaandtom/rsvp. Please email us tabithaandtom@gmail.com if you have any issues with the RSVP online.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes! We will have plated dinner with selection options to chose on your RSVP.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know on your RSVP any diet restrictions you may have.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are currently registered for a Honeymoon Fund which you can access on our website.

Question

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

No. The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Epicurean Atlanta and no other location.
