Jenn started as Tabby’s boss when she first moved to Akron for College. Tabby never saw the relationship as boss/employee but has always saw Jenn as a mentor and a friend. Fast forward a few years, both had been promoted multiple times but Jenn always seemed to be the friend Tabby wanted to work for. Their employees together always created an entirely new family. Jenn is the person Tabby spent every holiday with and the one who she could always talk to about anything. Jenn was an obvious pick for a Maid of Honor. Michael Fentress is the big brother everyone wishes they had. Mark followed in his brothers footsteps from fashion trends to their bond of Pokémon. To some, hand-me-down clothes don’t sound appealing but to Mark they seemed like the best way to save his own money so for that, he is very grateful for Michael. When Tabetha and Mark first started dating, Mark always told her how much he always wanted to be like his big brother. Mark has always looked up to his big brother so it was a clear decision when picking a best man. The friend that on paper you would not expect. The friend that would go on a drive with you until 3am if you needed it. The friend who will tell you what you need to hear even when it's hard to hear. The friend who has helped plan the wedding since nearly the day Tabby and Mark met. This is the Kobey Simpson, an obvious choice for Maid of Honor. She has been supportive of both the bride and the groom since they met. After Mark’s darkest sports day of his life (UK losing to UW - 2015), he started his freshman year of college at Missouri State looking to make new friends. At the freshman orientation one guy stood out, his love of college basketball rivaled Marks. Although the teams were mortal enemies, Mark swallowed his pride and never looked back. Over time Bryce has been a roommate, a best friend, and someone Mark can always rely on. If caught on the dance floor a good conversation topic could be: his dog Zoe, any and every sport, his love for cheese and spotted cow beer

Grace is the friend Tabby met through their sorority. She is also the friend Tabby roped in to working for her. Tabby has been able to lean on her even in bad days. One day after work Tabby’s house had been broken into and Grace had picked up Tabby and drove hours to make sure Kiwi and Tabby both had somewhere to stay that night. On a different night Grace also attempted to help Tabby and her roommate scare a bat out of their house. If you know Tabby, a bat could be the worst thing to ever be around her. Grace has been there for some of the scariest moments but also some of the greatest moments in Tabby’s life. Tabby is absolutely sure Grace will always be in her life. Pat is Marks friend that makes the consistent effort every day to stay in his life. Since Mark moved to Ohio, Pat is the friend who calls Mark every day on his way home from work. These calls consistent of plenty of fantasy football trade talks. Usually turning into league gossip as that is where their attention is from September 1st to mid-January. Pat is a phenomenal friend that Mark is very lucky to have. Mark has been able to lean on Pat for support many times throughout their friendship and Mark hopes the daily football trash talk continues until they are old and grey. The friend Tabby found instantly freshman year at Lake Erie. Jackie and Tabby spent the beginning of their friendship playing lacrosse and needing significantly too many all nighters to survive their classes. Tabby can promise that her love for coffee came from Jackie. Jackie is from Pittsburgh but Tabby hopes she can charm her into living near her for the rest of her life. Jackie is the friend that you do not need to talk to every day to know in a split second she would do anything for you. You can expect to find Jackie anywhere there is a dance floor and has the moves to back it up. During freshman year of college Mark was trying to recruit some tall people for his Intramural basketball team. He saw Schroeder standing there who seemed to fit the criteria and from that moment Mark found one of his best friends. Unfortunately, Austin turned out to not be the team all star that season. Being the only married man of his college friends, Austin has been able to give Mark wisdom and advice on how to make his lady happy and for that Mark is very grateful. Halle Lunt

Halle met Tabby in 2017 when she had joined the same sorority. Their first conversation was when Halle had just taken some random baby kitten from a man outside the school library…it should be noted that she is allergic to cats. In time, Tabby learned this was very normal for Halle to do because shortly thereafter she bought turtles from a man in a van at a gas station in Akron. Though Tabby would absolutely never do such a thing, she always knew Halle had such a big heart. A few months later, Halle became her big and Tabby became a pain in her butt. Tabby is very lucky to have a friend with such a big heart for everyone around her. While Mark was working at the worst job of his life (Waffle House), Ryan was the support Mark needed to survive the summer. They played 1v1 basketball every day in a gym lacking AC in the heat of summer to prepare for their Intramural season. Mark would like to note Ryan was a game changing center for their Intramural squad averaging over 4 blocks a game and 10 rebounds. Mark and Ryan have a friendship similar to brotherly love where they can freely push each others buttons but have each others backs. Mark would like to compare their friendship to Drake and Josh. Devyn and Tabby’s friendship started the second Devyn walked in the door at Things Remembered and asked for a job. Tabby did an on the spot interview and loved her instantly, not only as an employee but as a great friend. Devyn and Tabby have always bonded over fitness and their crafty abilities. She has always been a friend you can trust to be brutally honest when you need it and will hold you accountable. Tabby is so truly lucky to have a friend like Devyn and looks forward to be elderly crafting buddies. From the very first time meeting The Tackett family, Brandon consistently made the effort to make Mark feel welcome. With a firm handshake and the passion to discuss seasoning on foods, the boys instantly had a friendship. Both Mark and Brandon love to play the ghost in Bang The Dice Game, while everyone else playing hopes that neither of them become the ghost. Mark and Tabs love seeing Brandon as an opponent in cornhole because they know it will be an easy win. With the families competitive spirits Brandon makes moments like board games or lawn games especially fun. The little sister that always pushed buttons, the one who never wanted to share a room, the one who consistently tells Tabby she’s out of style. That would be the Taylor Tackett. After Tab moved away from their hometown Taylor’s act of fighting with her sister immediately disappeared. Now when Tabby comes home Taylor shows the sisterly love that was built up for many years. Tabby is very lucky to have her sister stand by her side on her big day. Although Mark’s friendship is newer with Jake, Jake and Mark have bonded over major home renovation projects. Because of this, Jake has doubled as Marks go-to-guy for large home projects. Mark and Tabetha would like to formally count this as a five star review for Jakes labor. The man even helped set up the engagement decorations. Jakes role in the beginning of the couples lives has been so prevalent he was meant to be a groomsman. Ariana McElwain

The woman meant to be an adult flower girl. Tabby and Ariana were instantly obsessed with each other from the moment they met. Tabby is lucky and proud to have such a wonderful little. In college, just about every one of Tabby’s favorite nights was when Ariana would tell everyone at the bars Tabby is her big and how much she loves her, and how everyone should love her. As you could imagine, Tabby was the exact same way with Ariana. Ariana has become a leader in their sorority and Tabby could not be more proud of all she does. Tabby hopes for the rest of her life that the two stay obsessed with each other and use that as their favorite bar conversation topic.
