Mark had moved to Northeast Ohio at the beginning of 2020. Of course in the first few weeks of March the entire state shut down due to COVID-19. So both Tabetha and Mark found themselves on Hinge (a dating app) where the lucky man shot his shot. To this day Mark holds the grudge of how long it took Tabetha to respond. If you could imagine what it would be like dating someone while restaurants, movie theaters, and parks were all closed you could imagine how it all began. For the very first in person date Mark decided to introduce his love for food critiques…including everything Tabetha liked. Mark is still taking the poll: Do you think it is weird to have A1 and mayo on a hamburger? A few weeks later Tabetha did get brownie points back when she had unintentionally picked out Marks favorite frozen pizza for a movie night (Red Barron brick oven). Mark to this day says from the first time talking to Tabetha that he could tell her anything, and he felt her warm and kind heart. Tabetha knew the kindness, love and passion that Mark carries with him was something she could surround herself around forever. The beginning of their story with the state locked down wasn’t all bad though, since Tabetha’s company had closed down briefly, this gave them ample of time to meet and get to know each other on a level that would not have been possible with the typical hustle and bustle of life. They were able to support each other and soon they became best friends! The two quickly learned their lives were meant to be together.
