How do I get to the venue?

Answer

After turning off Bavaria Road, continue down the driveway, passing the first left toward the white building. Proceed to the second left, where you will see a blue sign reading ‘Woodland Glasshaus: Event Parking + Venue Entrance.' Guests may park in the designated white-highlighted area. Handicap-accessible parking is available in the lot, along with a temporary unloading zone for elderly guests - marked by the pink dot. The main paved path leading to the venue entrance can be accessed from the parking lot. A helpful tip while navigating the property is to follow all of the blue directional signage!

Is it an adult only celebration?

Answer

Yes. While we adore your little ones, we are only able to accommodate children who are part of our ceremony. We hope you understand and can join us for an adults-only ceremony and reception.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please rsvp by July 25th, as guest and meal counts will be finalized by then.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:30pm, as the ceremony will begin at 5pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

Garden Attire: bright dresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues (think sophisticated tea party).

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding and reception will be indoors, in the glasshaus's, and the social/cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). While there is a/c, please be aware that it is a glass structure and it will be August, so please consider the heat when selecting your attire.

Can I take pictures with my phone?

Answer

During the ceremony, we ask that everyone please keep their phones on silent and tucked away. We have a photographer who will capture all the special moments.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be a hosted open bar for the majority of the evening.
