When should we fly/drive in?

Answer

We encourage guests to arrive in Boulder by Friday night at the latest, as our ceremony will take place at 10:30am on Saturday.

How do I get there?

Answer

All guests are welcome to take the shuttle service to and from the wedding. Shuttles will depart at 9:45am - look for Green Ride Shuttles at the front entrance of the Hilton Garden Inn - Boulder (located between the two buildings on the corner of Canyon & 28th). For guests who plan to drive, free parking is available at the wedding venue. Cell service is spotty in the canyon, so we recommend saving your route offline.

What’s the Dress Code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail. We encourage guests to use a "garden party" theme as inspiration - think florals, bright colors, bowties, flowy dresses and jumpsuits. Also feel free to add some Western flair with earth tones, bolo ties, or dressy boots! Have fun with it and express yourself, we'd love to see everyone dress for a good time. Please refrain from wearing denim or collarless shirts.

Are kids invited?

This event is limited to guests ages 16+. Although we love your little ones, we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation attend.

Will Food and Alcohol Be Served?

Answer

Yes! A full brunch buffet will be served at the reception immediately following the ceremony, and we will have an open bar.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, all venue areas are accessible by wheelchair or walker. Please be aware that parking, while only 50 feet from the venue, is on an uneven gravel lot.
