These options will be about 30-60 minutes outside of D.C. proper. 

If you’re not interested in joining a hotel block or sharing an Airbnb, here are some tips for booking accommodations:

• Our venue is in a D.C. suburb (Boyds, MD); Google pin of the venue: https://tinyurl.com/44aubap9. To stay close, look for hotels or rentals in that area.

• For sightseeing, staying in D.C. is best but most expensive.

• For a budget-friendly option with a manageable commute (30 minutes to D.C. by Uber, 60-70 minutes by public transit), consider staying in Silver Spring, MD or Rockville, MD. These cities are also about 30 minutes to our venue by car and 90 minutes by public transit.

• Bethesda, MD is another option, though it’s pricier than Silver Spring or Rockville.
