Is there a dress code?
Answer
We are suggesting cocktail attire—the Internet defines this as "suits, formal jumpsuits, cocktail dresses (knee length or longer), and formal separates." However, we invite you to dress up or down if you wish, and ultimately wear whatever is most fun and comfortable for you. Please note it will most likely be a hot day, and the venue includes both indoor and outdoor spaces. Also, our wedding is wildflower themed, so florals are welcome!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

If you are coming without a car, we recommend you get an accommodation near a metro stop (either in DC proper or the suburbs, such as Rockville or Bethesda). We will be designating a metro spot (TBD, likely in Rockville or Bethesda) and will be paying for Ubers to pick up groups of people from the designated spot.

How are people getting to the venue?

There is onsite parking. If you are coming without a car, there are public transportation options, but these can take longer, so we recommend looking into public transit options from where you are planning to stay. I have a dietary restriction; what should I do?

Please indicate any dietary restrictions on your RSVP. If you already RSVP'd but forgot to include a dietary restriction, please reach out to Sylvie at (206)235-8406 to let her know. Dinner will be buffet style, so we will have options for everyone, but telling us your dietary restrictions helps us know how much of everything to order, or if we need to keep anything separate for you.

Can I bring a date?

If you go to RSVP and you see "Guest" under your name, this means we have included a plus one for you. Please feel free to bring a date, a friend, or whomever you would like to spend the day with! If you do not see an option for a guest, and you would like to bring one, please reach out to Miranda at (301)641-0719 as soon as possible to request one. All guests must be included on your RSVP and RSVP by the deadline (July 27th!)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is parking onsite. The ceremony and reception are at the same location, so you will only have to park once.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Currently, our wedding is the only major event we have planned. If we plan separate events for smaller groups leading up to the wedding, we will reach out to you individually to let you know.
