When you call to book your room, tell them you are with the Rosenberg/Ricks wedding party to receive our discounted rate of $159 for a king room or $169 for a double queen room (plus taxes and fees)

Flight

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

Sky Harbor is the best airport to fly into and is about 50-60 minutes if you stay on route 10. You could fly into Tucson, but there are no direct flights and it's further away from Florence!

Travel Note

Transportation

Florence, Arizona is a very small town about an hour from downtown Phoenix. While you can take an Uber/Lyft from the airport, it would be expensive (and no guarantee you'll be able to get a similar ride back). A rental car is strongly recommended and Sky Harbor has many different rental car options available.

Shuttle

Hotel Shuttle

The Green Tree Inn has a 14 passenger on demand shuttle available to us for the duration of our celebration. When you are ready to go to our venue for the ceremony just head to the lobby to catch the shuttle. Guest arrival at Windmill Winery is scheduled to be between 4 & 4:45pm (for a welcome drink prior to the 5pm ceremony). It's only a 6 minute ride, but not everyone will fit in the first trip - so plan accordingly. If you are leaving before the party ends, just let the Windmill Winery staff know and they will call the shuttle for your return to the hotel!
