Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue has a large parking lot that can accommodate all wedding guests. Additionally, you are welcome to leave your car in the parking lot overnight and retrieve it in the morning by 10AM if needed.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for time to walk over to the ceremony area and find a seat.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The path to the ceremony space and main aisle are paved; the ceremony seats themselves are on grass. The reception will be indoors with access to an outside patio.

Is there a shuttle for guests?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle for guest transportation to and from the venue from the Confluence hotel. Below is the schedule: Pick up from the Confluence: 3:00 & 3:50 PM Leaving from the venue: 8:30, 9:15, 10:00, 10:45, & 11:30 PM

Will the bar be hosted?

Answer

We will be hosting select beer, seltzer, wine, and NA drinks all night. Our signature cocktails will be hosted during cocktail hour. All other drinks will be available for purchase with card or cash.
