Hotel

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pigeon Forge

Our hotel room block is for 11/9-11/12. However, please feel free to arrive and depart as you please! Thursday 11/9 is a rate of $175 and Friday 11/10 and Saturday 11/11 are rates of $299. When booking it will show all dates with a rate of $299; the hotel group booking manager will change the Thursday night rate to $175 before arrival! Please book hotel rooms by October 9th.

Shuttle

Our amazing shuttle transportation team will provide door-to-door services for our wedding day! No parking for guests is available at our venue site. The shuttle will be for all guests at Parkside Resort Cabins and the Fairfield Inn to take you to and from the venue. If you have chosen a different lodging option other than those two, you will need to drive to a verified pick-up spot to be shuttled to our venue. The pick-up location is at Smoky Mountain Zipline- 509 Mill Creek Road Pigeon Forge. Our shuttle service will be there to take you to and from our venue site. Timeline is available below: Shuttle Schedule – Two Shuttles Shuttle #1 – T. Daugherty 9:30am For Bridal Suite- Parkside Rocky Top Lodge – 3 guests Sleepy Shamrock – 2 guests Awesome Mtn Sunsets – 6 guests 2:15pm Groom and Groomsmen - Rocky Top Lodge – 8 guests Start of all other guests: 3:00pm - Bearadise – 14 guests 3:20pm - Rocky Top Lodge – 13 guests 3:40pm - Sleepy Shamrock – 2 guests Peace of Paradise – 5 guests Above the Clouds – 3 guests Shuttle #2 – M. Daugherty 3:00pm - Fairfield Inn 2445 Teaster Ln – 10 guests 3:40pm - Smoky Mtn Zipline 509 Mill Creek Rd – 10-14 guests Shuttles will remain on venue site and available throughout the evening. Begin Full Loads only at 10:00pm Parking To ensure the safety of all guests and vendors, parking at the venue is very limited and by permit only. Brides and Grooms will be issued 3 parking permits for their personal vehicles. These permits must be placed in vehicles being parked at the venue during the event. ALL GUESTS are required to use the shuttle service to reach the venue. Unauthorized guest parking at the venue will result in a $250 fine added to the shuttle invoice.
