We will have a shuttle team with two 14 person shuttles to transport all guests to/ from the venue site. The shuttles will pick up/ drop off at the Parkside Cabin Resort and the Fairfield Inn. A shuttle timeline will be available on our site under “Travel- transportation” roughly 4 weeks out from wedding day.
Unfortunately no. Our venue is very high up on the mountain and there is limited parking. Our shuttle transportation team will bring guests to/ from the venue.

Yes, you may. If you prefer to stay at a different hotel/ cabin site, you certainly can. Our shuttle transportation team will only be going to Parkside/ Fairfield. For those staying anywhere other than these locations, you will have to drive to a verified pick-up spot for our shuttle service to pick up/ drop off on wedding day. Details will be found under “Travel- transportation”.
Yes, we will have a cocktail hour with small hors d’oeuvres for roughly 1 hour after the ceremony. It will be held under the covered patio on our venue site.
Yes, we will have gluten free tortillas for chicken street tacos that are GF. All of the toppings for the tacos are as well.
Yes, most of the cabins are within walking distance/ a couple minute drive from one another. There is a north end and a south end of the cabin locations- a map is provided on their website. Some of the larger cabins are on the very top of the mountain. There are 2 Resort gates you can enter through- main entrance off of Little Cove Rd. or a second entrance off of Pine Mountain Rd. The second entrance is near the following cabins- Rocky Top Lodge, Smoky Mountain Pavilion, Smoke Mountain Lodge, Mountain View Falls, and A Cozy Mountain Hideaway.
Yes, there is overflow parking for most of the cabins if you need to drive to them.
Yes, they have a common area called “The Lodge”. They offer: indoor/ outdoor pools, small fitness center, food, game arcade, putt-putt, playground, and extra overflow parking. The Grille is a small food stand with pizzas, appetizers, snacks, and drinks. The Lodge location can be found on the map on their website.
Yes, they will have complimentary breakfast every morning for your stay.
Yes, there are several stores near the cabins, hotel, and venue. Publix and Kroger are both within 15 minutes from all. Store websites and addresses will be found on the “Things to Do” section on our website under the Magnolia Guidebook. Or scan the QR code on your save the date.
Yes, our ceremony will be held outside and will last just about 10-15 minutes. If there is rain in the forecast, we will move our ceremony under the covered outdoor patio on our venue site.
Cocktail hour will be held outside under the covered patio and dinner will be held indoors. The venue does have sliding doors that can be opened if nice enough out. Dancing for guests will be determined at the time of wedding week weather pending. If it is chilly but nice enough outside, we will have dancing be outside on the main patio/ inside as well with the sliding doors open. We will also have standing heaters if it is chilly outside.
