What should I wear?

Answer

Formal attire! We want everyone looking their best! Bring your best suits, dresses, and jumpsuits and please feel free to wear your favorite summer colors. Please avoid wearing white or ivory dresses/pantsuit. Please avoid wearing dark green suits/jackets. The wedding party will be wearing light sage green, please avoid wearing this color. No jeans, tennis shoes, or flip flops for the ceremony. If needed, bring a comfy pair of dancing shoes for the reception! Weather is expected to be in the upper 70's for the high, and upper 40's for the low in Estes Park. Please check the weather closer to the date of the wedding to dress accordingly.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive to the ceremony no later than 30 minutes before it begins at 4pm. We would like everyone to be seated comfortably and prepared by 3:30.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Due to the surrounding wildlife area and venue, this wedding is 18 and up. Get ready for the best adults-only wedding you'll ever go to. Take the night off and leave the little ones at home!

Will there be vegetarian options?

Answer

Our caterer, Sugarpine Pizza, will be handmaking and firing fresh pizza! There are multiple vegetarian options for pizzas, as well as salads. Please let us know if there are any other accommodations to be answered or met.

This will be a cash bar. Complimentary champagne toasts will be included.

Answer

There are multiple parking lots at the venue. Please note, it is very hilly to get between the parking areas and the ceremony or reception area. The venue will have golf carts available to drive people if needed.

Answer

Ceremony: Please, put your phones up and enjoy the ceremony with no distractions. A photographer and videographer will be there to capture the moment. Reception: Now it's time to take out your phones or cameras! Please feel free to take pictures and videos. We will have a shared drive for everyone to upload pictures and videos after the event.
