What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm, so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to ensure that you do not miss anything

Is there transportation to hotel?
Answer
Yes! We want everyone to enjoy themselves and have lots of fun! We have provided transportation from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel. We are only providing transportation to and from the Best Western Inn - Thornburg where our room block is.

What is the transportation times?
Answer
Transportation pick up times from the hotel to the venue are 2:15 pm and 3:00 pm. Transportation pick up times from the venue to the hotel are 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your semi-formal or cocktail attire.

What colors should I avoid?
Answer
Please avoid wearing white, cream, ivory, or blue. Please reserve hues of blue for the wedding party.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like, and don't forget to share them with us!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcomed?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of some immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP before October 1st, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume "Not Attending".

What do I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you... get ready to party!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outside if the weather permits. The cocktail hour will be indoors and outside with games on the lawn. The reception will be inside.
