Semi-Formal: We'd love to see you in your best cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or suits! Beautiful Spring colors are highly encouraged. Please no denim. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white, sky blue, pink, peach, or cream, as these colors are reserved for the wedding party. To keep the aesthetic cohesive, we also suggest avoiding overly bold or flashy colors/patterns.

1. Arrival Time * The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm sharp. We kindly ask that all guests arrive by 4:30 pm to find their seats. 2. Parking and Transportation * Ample free parking is available at the venue. Guests may enter and park in the grass lot at the main entrance with the South Wind Ranch welcome sign. *Handicap parking is also available. Use the service entrance, and parking is marked just outside the barn. 3. Gifts and Registry * Your presence is the greatest gift of all. For friends and family who have asked, we have provided registry details on the 'Registry' page of our website. 4. Photography/Technology Policy * Unplugged Ceremony: We kindly request that you join us in being fully present during the ceremony by silencing all phones and cameras. Our photographer will capture the moment, and we promise to share the photos with you later! 5. Seating and Accessibility * If you have specific seating needs, please notify us on your RSVP so we can ensure you are comfortable.
