When should I RSVP by?

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Answer
Please submit your RSVP online via the website, QR code, or send an email to dr.sydneystclair@gmail.com with your response. We do not require any send-in RSVPs. (Save the trees!)

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are lucky enough to have everything we need! We just hope you will be willing to spend some time with us and celebrate our big day. Your presence is a present enough. :D

We kindly ask that you arrange alternative plans for all two- and four-legged children during this special day.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Dress to impress! (aka. semi-formal, no jeans please!) Theme is "tropical glam in the desert", if additional inspiration is needed.

What time should I arrive by?
Answer
Please arrive by 4:30pm so we can have everyone seated on-time for the festivities. If you arrive early, there is a club bar to sit at and have a nice cocktail in case you happen to arrive TOO early...). Please do no get seated until 4:50pm, as the ceremony will start at 5:00pm. It will be followed by cocktail hour from 5:30-6:30pm, which will include drinks (open-bar!) and hors d'oeuvres. The reception will begin around 6:30pm with dinner, drinks, and dessert to be provided.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is a free parking lot available for our guests. We do ask that if you plan to drink, you have a designated driver or order an Uber/Lyft/Taxi for the event.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We are planning on an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, with the reception being inside.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?
Answer
Let us know if there are any dietary restrictions we need to know about. The venue is happy to ensure everyone has a tasty meal!

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
Answer
The venue will try to shut the party down at 11:30pm... good thing Old Town Scottsdale is just down the road for all the party animals.
