If you would like to contribute, we would love cash in any amount you feel comfortable with. Your generosity will help us towards a down payment for a house, purchase a couple more household items, and start our life together. There will be a card box at the ceremony and reception. For those who prefer gift cards, we'd be grateful for any from our go-to spots. Some of our favorites include: Amazon, Walmart, The Keg, Costco, Home Depot or Rona, Winners/HomeSense. Thank you so much for helping us start this new chapter- We look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I bring a date/ plus one?

Only those whose names are on the invitation are invited to attend the event.

Dress Code

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal/ black tie optional. Full-length, midi, and tea-length dresses are acceptable; collared shirts with dress pants are perfect as well. For colors, think spring and summer: pastel colors, pink, blue, purple, green, yellow ( please no neon colors), black, browns, and other earthy tones. There will be grassy areas, so wear shoes appropriate for that.

Parking and Transportation

Answer

You are in charge of getting yourself to and from the venue. The Ceremony and Reception are being held on the same property. Q: Where can I park? A: There is parking at Estate 248; it is limited parking, and we cannot reserve spots. If you can carpool, that would be recommended to make sure there is enough parking for everyone. There will be a couple of spots saved for those who require handicap parking. Guests can leave their cars overnight in the locked lot and pick them up after 10:00 AM the next morning.

Q: What drinks are provided? A: We will provide each person with two drink tickets. Once you have used up the tickets, you are required to buy your own drinks at the cash bar if you desire. There is NO ATM on site, bring cash with you, they DO accept card (no Amex).

We love kids; if your kids are on the invitation, they are more than welcome to attend.
