Important information to know
2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
There is parking on-site, but it is limited. If you can carpool, that would be appreciated. It is located at a golf course, and we cannot reserve parking spots. There is accessible parking available. No outside drinks are permitted on site. Smoking is allowed in the designated smoking areas that are labeled on site. If you need to smoke please use these areas!!! Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Please include any needs in your RSVP or contact us directly. Let's celebrate and have a fantastic time all together! Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:45 pm

Our dress code is semi-formal/ black tie optional. Full length, midi, and tea-length dresses are acceptable; collared shirts with dress pants are perfect as well. For colors think spring and summer: pastel colors pink, blue, purple, green, yellow ( please no neon colors), black, browns and other earthy tones. There will be grassy areas so wear shoes appropriate for that.
Doors will open at 2:30 PM. Please arrive no later than 2:45 to ensure you are seated before the ceremony begins. The ceremony will start at 3:00 p.m. The rows with folding white chairs will be reserved. We will inform you if you will be sitting in a folding chair; otherwise, find a seat anywhere on one of the benches. Phones: This will be an unplugged ceremony. Please silence your phones and refrain from using them. Our photographer will capture the lovely moments for us all to enjoy later on. Cocktail hour: Following the ceremony, guest will be asked to stay nearby as the newlywed couple would like to take photos with their lovely guests. Once your photos are taken, please enjoy the cocktail hour.
Reception
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Reception will be held at the same location as the ceremony. The reception area will be under the big white tents. Please find your name on the seating chart sign for our seated dinner, and an evening of love, laughter, and dancing. Drinks: We will provide you with two tickets; these are your drinks on us. After you have used up your tickets, the rest of your drinks will be on you ( aka CASH BAR). Dinner: Will start at 6:00 pm, followed by dessert. After that, it will be a night of dancing, celebration, and fun times that we will never forget.
