The most important part of our wedding is having our favorite people there, no matter what you are wearing! The suggested dress code is Garden Party Cocktail (a suit or jacket and pants in any color or a cocktail dress/pant suit in any color). Other than the grass ceremony site, you will be on hard surfaces so any shoes should work - but we recommend something comfortable to dance in!
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will be inside.
The average temperature for Dallas in May is 64-83 degrees. Since the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, feel free to dress accordingly. We recommend bringing sunglasses as the sun might be bright during the ceremony.
Due to strict venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.
Due to strict venue capacity, we are keeping this as an adults-only event.
There is free parking located at the Arboretum. We will provide the specific gate location as the date gets closer. FYI, cars cannot be left on premises overnight or they will be towed. Uber or Lyft is readily available at this location, so we recommend using rideshare if needed.
Of course! Please include a note on your RSVP and we will make sure to accommodate your diet.
We do not have a hotel block since there are so many great options in Dallas. Please view the travel tab for more information and/or contact Sydney, Connor, or Terry for recommendations based on your needs/preferences.
There are two Dallas airports - Dallas Love Field (DAL) and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Dallas Love Field is a Southwest Airlines hub, so all flights there will be Southwest with the exception of a few Delta flights. The rest of the airlines only fly through DFW. Dallas Love Field is closer to the venue, but DFW isn’t too much further.
Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products are not permitted anywhere in the arboretum or on premises (parking lot). Dallas traffic can be very very unpredictable. Please allow yourself extra time to get to the arboretum in case of heavy traffic.
