Hotel
Our wedding venue is connected to a hotel called "Hotel Ballard", and they also own another hotel right across the street called "Ballard Inn". This is on the most well-known street in Ballard, with tons of shops, restaurants, bars, and things to do/see. If you'd like to be super close to the wedding, or do not want to rent a car during your stay, this might be a good option for you! Please let them know you'll be attending a wedding at the Olympic Rooftop Pavilion and you'll save 10% on your booking. Be advised this is a smaller, boutique hotel so it will likely fill up in advance!

Across the street from our venue, the same company who owns Hotel Ballard owns "Ballard Inn". Ballard Inn is another great choice and is a little more affordable! Be advised that it doesn't have many rooms, so it will likely fill up quickly. This is on the most well-known street in Ballard, with tons of shops, restaurants, bars, and things to do/see. Hotel
There are a ton of hotel options throughout the city, dependent on your preference of hotel brand, location, etc. We would suggest picking one not too far from the venue - areas to note are the neighborhoods of Ballard, Queen Anne, South Lake Union, Fremont, and Downtown (if you want to be near some of the tourist sights).
Flight
Flying into Seattle, the airport you will want to look for is Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). For those flying from TX, Alaska Airlines offers limited non-stop flights from San Antonio or Austin. Alaska and American Airlines offer non-stop flights from Dallas. Otherwise, most airlines offer service to Seattle nonstop or with one layover!
Travel Note
To get to your rideshare car or cab, follow directions to ground transportation and the parking garage. Head to the third floor of the parking garage and look for the pickup zone, marked with a Rideshare or Cab sign. Cost is dependent on availability and destination location.
Travel Note
If you are staying downtown and prefer a more affordable option, you can take the light rail train. Link light rail trains depart every 6-10 minutes most of the day. From baggage claim, follow the signs for Link light rail - Go up one floor, head to the skybridge at the north end of the terminal, go left through parking garage to the light rail station. For those that need it, a free shuttle service operates continuously between the rail station and the airport terminal. Cost is $3 a person.
Travel Note
Should you prefer to rent a car, nearly all major rental car companies are located at the airport. You'll need to take a short shuttle ride to the rental car complex, which is free and operates 24 hours a day. Look for Passenger Pick-Up signs outside baggage claim, there are two pick up areas (at the north and south ends of the main terminal). Please note that Seattle is a fairly dense city, so paying to park on the street or at hotels is not uncommon.
Travel Note
For those wanting a short term option for car rentals, Seattle has plenty of options -- Car2Go, LimePod, Getaround, etc. These can be rented by the minute or hour and are located throughout the city, making them a convenient option if you need a short term car rental.
