Please RSVP by Feb 28th. All RSVPs submitted after this date may be marked as declined, as we will be sending a final head count to our vendors following this deadline.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on site at White Iron Ridge, Smithville, MO. The ceremony/cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and reception indoors.
We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting black tie-esque for our wedding. Optional for ladies to wear tea and floor length dresses as well. For gentlemen, we suggest a sports coat or suit. We kindly ask everyone to wear the color black and please no jeans or white attire.
As much as we would love to include everyone, we are limited space/capacity at our venue and cannot accommodate additional guests. If you received a plus one, your guest’s name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding.
Yes! We are delighted to have your children join us for the ceremony and dinner! If your child(ren) are invited, their name(s) will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Following dinner and the special dances, we will be transitioning to an adults-only evening of dancing and celebration, starting at 10:00 PM.
There is a reserved parking lot at the venue, but space is limited, so we highly recommend car pooling to get to the venue! If you are staying at one of the two accommodations put into place, there will be shuttles to and from the hotels. Please plan your ride beforehand, especially if you plan to consume alcohol!
There will be a number of food options for our guests, but please make note of any food accommodations on your RSVP.
