We encourage you to use our hotel block for the best rates! We have also included some of our other favorite options below. This is not an exclusive list as Estes Park has ample lodging options at a variety of prices.

This is our primary lodging option. We have a hotel block available for our guests to book for a discounted rate using the provided link (Yay for discounts!). YOU MUST BOOK BEFORE MAY 1, 2026 to receive this rate. If you wish to extend your trip for the entire weekend, please call the hotel’s sales office and remember to say you are part of our block!

The Stanley Hotel

Although we do not have a room block, the Stanley Hotel is a beautiful hotel option full of fun and historic charm. (If you like horror movies, this the hotel where the Shining was filmed!) There are a variety of different lodging options for singles and families. Discounts for military and AAA/AARP are available online.

The Estes Park Resort

This a great location if you’re looking for more of a resort stay (but comes at a resort price). It has a variety of rooms right on the Lake! Military/AAA/AARP discounts are available.

Right across the road from the venue, this is a fantastic option for long-weekend stays and families!

Mountain cabins and lodges

If you are looking for a more authentic stay in a mountain town, there is a plethora of cabins and lodges in town full of mountain charm and views for families and singles! Although we cannot offer room blocks for these locations, we encourage you to explore their amazing amenities and views during your stay.

Transportation

There will be a shuttle to help take guests from the venue parking to the main facility. There is ample parking onsite but we still encourage carpooling for safety!

DIA - Estes Park Shuttle

Don’t want a rental car? No problem! There is a daily shuttle to/from DIA with custom drop-off and pick-up locations in Estes Park. Reservation and payment is required at least a week in advance using the provided link.

Once in town, there is a FREE shuttle around Estes Park! With a total of 5 routes, you can get just about anywhere!
