FAQs

Question

Do you have a room block or lodging reccomendations?

Answer

Yes! Please reference the Holiday Inn Estes Park under the Travel tab to book using our room block for a great rate for the weekend! We also suggested a variety of other lodging options in the area. Estes Park is a beautiful and fun town so we are confident you will be able to find what is best for your stay!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are so excited to see everyone dressed up for the evening! This event will be “casual cocktail” style, similar to semi-formal: Sundresses, cocktail attire, dress shirt with slacks… coats/blazers are optional. In other words, dress nice but stay shy of your classic formal attire. We are happy to celebrate with you in whatever you are comfortable in!

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please have all RSVPs by May 1st so we can finalize our details with vendors. Help us prepare the most special day with your timely reply!

Question

Are plus ones and kids allowed?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate with all our family and friends but due to the venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited. If you are receiving a plus one, it will be included on your invitation. If you have any guests in your party under 21, please indicate their ages on your RSVP so we can ensure appropriate accommodations.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There are plenty of parking spots on the driveway to the venue as well as an overflow lot at the base of the drive. There will be shuttles to transport guests from the parking areas to the main venue, however plan to walk up the stairs or hill if the shuttles are busy with other guests. Carpooling and Rideshares are encouraged to ensure safe transportation after the events.

Question

What time should I show up?

Answer

While parking at the venue is ample, please allow for at least 15-30 minutes to travel from parking to the ceremony site. Shuttles are available but will be busy with all the guests arriving at the same time. We encourage you to explore the venue and enjoy the sites before the ceremony begins!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! We want all our guests to enjoy their favorite drinks throughout the evening. From water to cocktails (21+), we have you covered! Please drink responsibly.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held indoors. There will be a coat closet if you wish to bring a light jacket. Clear umbrellas will be provided for the ceremony in case of light rain.

Question

What time will the reception end?

Answer

We are so excited to make memories with you but we kindly ask that the celebration wraps up no later than 11:00 PM to allow proper tear-down time for our amazing hosts.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. There will be a brief moment in the beginning of the ceremony to capture a picture of us at the altar, but outside of that, we kindly ask all guests to refrain from taking any photos or videos…we have two super awesome photographers for that! Feel free to take as many photos as you like during the reception.

Question

Can I post on social media?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to share your favorite moments and look forward to seeing the memories our guests made!

Question

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

Gifts are not expected, but if you feel inclined to give us a gift, we have several contribution options under the registry tab of this website.
