Things To Do

Windsor Summer Concert Series

Windsor, CO

During the summer, there is a concert series at the Windsor Park on Thursday nights. It is totally free to attend. There will be food vendors set up around the park as well if you need a bite to eat. The link below has more details if you are interested!

Peculier Brewing Co, Windsor CO

301 Main Street, Windsor, CO 80550

This is a great local brewery right in town! It is less than 5 minutes from the church where the ceremony will take place. They have a beautiful patio in the back and tons of seating. This would be a great place to grab a drink between the ceremony and the reception if you are looking for something to fill the time.

Centerra

Loveland, CO

Looking for some shopping? This is Sydney's favorite spot and it is right by the Embassy Suites hotel where we have a room block for guests. Visit the link below to see all of the stores that they have - definitely something for everyone! (Chase recommends Scheels)

Four & Twenty Blackbirds Jewelry and Gifts

505 Main Street, Windsor, CO 80550

This is one of Sydney's most favorite stores in the world. It is a local gift shop with just about anything you can think of. I highly recommend stopping in to take a look around and enjoy some Windsor Charm.

Estes Park

Estes Park, CO 80517

If you come in to town a little bit early and want to get the full Colorado experience, take a trip up to Estes Park. Some must see things include The Stanley Hotel, tasting some saltwater taffy at any local shop in town, and of course going up into Rocky Mountain National Park to enjoy the scenery and wildlife. If you decide to go up to the park, make sure to click on the link and purchase a day pass in advance.

Mountain Whitewater

1329 North U.S. Highway 287, Fort Collins, CO 80524

If you're stretching out your visit and have some extra time, whitewater rafting is a classic Colorado experience. After the trip, you can enjoy a local craft beer at their Paddler's Pub. We've had a great time with Mountain Whitewater!

Cheyenne Frontier Days

1210 West 8th Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001

This rodeo is one of Sydney's most favorite summer traditions. It is nick named "the daddy of 'em all" and is the largest outdoor rodeo in the WORLD. It starts July 17th and goes through July 26th so if you are in town a little bit early, come enjoy some country music and a good ole fashioned rodeo.
