When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We are asking that your RSVP be in by June 15th. This allows us time to get final numbers put together and communicate with our vendors. We so hope you can be there to celebrate with us!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Great question! The ceremony will be indoors (which we will all be grateful for with the Colorado summer heat). The reception will be mostly indoors but there is a large outdoor area that guests are also free to go. The temperatures do drop in the evening in Colorado when the sun goes down, but it will likely be hot during the early parts of the reception.

Is the wedding kid friendly/are plus-ones allowed?

Answer

We absolutely adore kids and want everyone to enjoy their time at our wedding. Your invitation and RSVP will include the members of your party that are invited to join us in the celebration.

Are there other hotel accommodations near the Embassy Suites?

Answer

Yes!! There are several hotels that are right by the Embassy if you would prefer to stay there instead. The Embassy is our favorite, but you are free to stay wherever is most convenient for you.

Are pictures allowed during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We are blessed to be able to get married in the Catholic Church and participate in this beautiful sacrament. Due to the reverence of the mass, we ask that you silence all technology and let the photographer be the only individual with a camera during the ceremony. During the reception, we want you to take as many pictures as your heart desires! And then share them with us too :) We would love to see them!

What options are there for people with dietary restrictions?

We will be collecting responses for dietary restrictions through the RSVP. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us!

I have never been to a Catholic wedding before, is there anything I should know?

Answer

We are so so excited to have you and to share this special day with us. The Catholic mass can seem intimidating but don't worry, we got you! There will be brochures when you enter the church that you can use to follow along with the readings and responses during the mass. We have a wonderful priest who will also guide us and make sure everyone knows what to do. The best thing to do is follow the leader, ask someone next to you if you aren't sure, and enjoy the Catholic aerobics of sitting, standing, and kneeling. It is going to be a beautiful ceremony!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty free parking for both! At the Winery, you are also able to leave your car there the night of the reception as long as you pick it up by noon the next day.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please begin arriving around 11:30am.
