Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors will open at 3:30pm. Plan to arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will promptly start at 4pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is a medium sized parking lot on the venue premises. If you can carpool we would highly recommend it due to the number of people we have attending. You can leave your car in the parking lot overnight we just please ask that you retrieve it by 12pm the next day.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar during our cocktail hour and reception for our guests 21 and older. Please make sure to bring you IDs as the bartenders will be checking IDs when you go to get drinks.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have a taxi like service through Cindy's Moonlight express that will be available to drive people to their accommodations starting at 9pm and going to 11pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our menu is a buffet style taco bar from a local catering service. If you have any food allergies please indicate so when you RSVP so we can let the catering service know what dietary restrictions to plan for.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Tulip Time in Holland, MI will be going on starting May 2nd- May 11th. For more details please see our Things to Do section or search Tulip Time online for details about activities and events happening. Also, Hope Collage, the local collage in Holland will be graduating that weekend on May 4th. This is likely to increase traffic in the area so plan accordingly if you are staying closer to Holland.
