Please RSVP by 21 August 2026 - we must get our final counts into the venue therefore it's imperative if you plan to attend that you RSVP by the 21st.
The ceremony is promptly starting at 3:00 and guests need to be in seats by 2:45. If you arrive at, or later then 3:00, kindly request you wait until the bridal party enters before taking a seat, entering from right or left side of seating versus down center aisle.
We kindly request cocktail attire for our celebration (no jeans, t-shirts). This includes dresses, dressy tops with skirts or pants, and suits or dress shirts with slacks. To keep the spotlight on the couple, we ask that guests avoid wearing white or predominantly white outfits. White dress shirts are certainly welcomed and appropriate. Thank you for helping us preserve this tradition.
On site parking is available at venue.
Afternoon ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting; Ceremony site is located on grass; Cocktail hour on covered patio and Reception will be held indoors in a temperature controlled tent. Ceremony will be held in reception tent if there is inclement weather. Wedding Coordinator will be there to direct.
While we would love to have everyone attend, we are only able to accommodate those names on your invitation/RSVP. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invitation/rsvp (on website). Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we are excited to share the work with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want!
