What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to park and be seated for the start of our special moment. If you arrive late, we kindly ask that you find a seat on the side rather than walking down the aisle. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids allowed?

While we adore your little ones, due to limited space at our venue, we’re planning an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding and making arrangements so you can join us!

Dress Code

Answer

We would love for you to dress up with us! We kindly request Semi Formal/Summer Cocktail for the evening, typically, a dress or a dressy skirt and top for women, and a suit or dress slacks with a button-up shirt and tie for men. Please keep in mind our ceremony and cocktail hour will be fully outdoors on grass and gravel walkways, so plan your footwear accordingly. Can I bring a plus one?

Due to space limitations, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on your invitation. If a name is not listed on your RSVP, we kindly ask that they not attend. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating this special day with you!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1st, 2025. If we do not hear from you by then, we will assume you are unable to attend and will not include you in our final guest count or reserve you a seat.

Is your wedding outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony and cocktail hour are fully outdoors. Our reception will be in an open air tent.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of onsite parking available. However, we do recommend carpooling if possible to make things easier for everyone.

Is Uber/Lyft Available?

Answer

Lyons is approximately 20 minutes from both Longmont and Boulder. While Uber and Lyft services MIGHT be available, they might not be entirely reliable, so we recommend arranging alternative transportation if needed.
