Answer
The invitation indicates if you have a plus-one. When you RSVP, you will see a spot for your guest's name.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
There will be a mix of outdoor and indoor activities - the ceremony and cocktail hour are outside and the reception is in a pavilion/indoors. The terrain includes walking over some gravel and grass.

What should I wear?
Answer
We invite you to wear your formal attire. Think dark suits for the gentlemen and cocktail dresses or floor length gowns for the ladies.

What is the weather typically like at the venue around this time of year?
Answer
Expect mild, pleasant fall weather with average daily highs around the 60s and in the 40s. The reception area does have heat available if needed. However, you may consider bringing a light jacket.

How will I get to and from the wedding?
Answer
Asheville does have an airport if you are planning to fly in. The venue is located about 15-20 minutes from downtown Asheville. There will be an open bar, so if you are planning on drinking, we ask that you plan ahead to ensure safe travel. Please either have a designated driver or set up a transportation service. There are a few options for transportation. According to the venue, Uber and Lyft may not be reliable late night unless the ride is scheduled ahead of time. There are two other services available: Asheville Hopper (https://avlhopper.com/) and Asheville Taxi (https://www.avltaxi.com/vans/). Vehicles may be parked at the venue overnight if needed as long as they are picked up early the following morning.

Where should I stay?

We have chosen not to book a hotel block to allow guests to stay where they prefer, whether at a hotel, Airbnb, or Vrbo. Asheville has many great options, so we recommend booking your stay at your earliest convenience. There are several hotel options nearby.
