Our ceremony and reception will be held at The Equinox Resort in Manchester, Vermont. The ceremony will be on The Rockwell Patio. Our reception will be in The Colonnade Room.
The welcome dinner is at the restaurant at The West Mountain Inn in Arlington, VT. It is about a 15-minute drive from Manchester. There is parking, though we encourage carpooling :)
Please refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony and of our special moments throughout the evening. We've hired a photographer we love, and wouldn't want phones or cameras getting in the way of the professional shots. However, you can absolutely document your experience at our wedding! Since we can't be everywhere at once on the big day, we'd love to see the fun our friends and family had. We also politely ask that you do not share photos of us from the wedding on social media until we have posted about it ourselves. Thanks for understanding!

Wear your winter best! We’re asking our guests to dress formally (suits, long dresses or jumpsuits). Please no jeans or denim. Aside from dress shirts, we politely request you please avoid attire in colors traditionally reserved for the bride (shades of white/ivory). Our ceremony will take place outdoors, on a shoveled and salted patio directly outside the resort. You will not need to walk through any snow or ice to get to the ceremony location.
With the timeline of when our guest count is due, if you did not RSVP to the welcome dinner and/or the wedding by January 17th, we unfortunately will not be able to host you at the event(s). If you are planning on attending, please be sure to RSVP by January 17th!
We picture and hope for a wintry backdrop and vibe for our wedding, which is why we chose a date in February. A wedding in Vermont at the end of February of course has a chance for snow fall. With that, we encourage flexibility as you are making your travel plans.
One of our favorite parts of our venue is how much space they have for our loved ones to stay on site. We have reserved a room block at The Equinox. Please see our travel page for more information on how to book your room.
There is valet and self parking available. For valet, pull up to the green awning on Main Street and an attendant will greet you. There are self park lots off of Seminary Avenue and Union Street Fork.
If you have a plus one, it is indicated on the RSVP page when you type in your name.
We can't guarantee that there will be Ubers or Lyfts in Manchester. If you are not staying at The Equinox or in walking distance, contact Mountain Drivers at 802-772-5223 for local taxi service.
