REHEARSAL

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. We will be outside, weather permitting, so consider shawls, blankets, jackets, and grass-friendly shoes.

For those with special roles in our ceremony, please join us for a run-through. If you have specific props, readings, or attire you'd like to practice with, please bring it with you.

WELCOME PARTY

STORIES + S'MORES

Wrap up the evening with the wedding couple by cozying up, swapping stories, and smashing s'mores. This is our "open mic" time, where we welcome anyone to share a toast or story about the couple. Scary stories = bonus points! Note: there are multiple firepits throughout the property that will be stocked with wood and tons of porches to gather in. While we hope you join us in a big group, we understand that some families and friends might want to break off into smaller groups to end the evening. Make sure to swing by the main Fire Pit along Phillip's creek for s'more ingredients before you break off :) On the Menu: Graham Crackers, Chocolate Bars, Marshmallows

Meet at the Horseshoe Courts for a group hike through the Nantahala National Forest. There are plenty of hikes to choose from: -Hawkes Nest Trail to an overlook (.5 mile out&back, medium elevation gain) -Hidden Falls Trail to a waterfall (1 mile out&back) -Colvard Creek Trail (3 miles out&back)

BOOZY BRUNCH

Casual Attire: Whether you just crawled out of bed with no makeup, are still sweaty from a hike, or are ready for the day!

WEDDING CEREMONY

Black Color, Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required.

We kindly encourage our guests to primarily wear black colors, prints, and patterns, with the exception of children. Think black suit or tux for men with any shirt and tie/bow; and primarily black dresses for women. See look-book image above for some ideas! Keep in mind with shoes and outerwear that we will be outdoors on gravel and grassy surfaces throughout the course of the evening.

COCKTAIL HOURISH

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Join us for post-ceremony mingling with signature martinis and cocktails, live jazz, small bites, an interactive art piece, and a few other surprises! On the Menu: Brandon's Dirty Martini Sydney's Espresso Martini Junebug's N.A. Sparkling Cider (Optional: Hair of the Dog Prosecco) Chef's Choice Light Bites

WEDDING RECEPTION

Creative White Attire: We encourage our guests to express themselves in a primarily white color code, from jeans and a white tee to a white gown and boa. See look-book image above for ideas! Keep in mind this is scheduled to be an outdoor event, so outerwear and grass-friendly shoes are encouraged!

Join us for one last hurrah as we ring in 2025. We'll kick off with a cocktail hour with caricature artist Brian Vasilik. We'll follow with a group dinner and some NYE toasts. Then, a spectacular firework show, live music by Dallas-local Americana band, Two Guys Walk Into A Bar, and a countdown to midnight!
