Guest arrival begins at 4:30, ceremony starts at 5pm. Wedding Day Transportation Transportation will be provided from two pick-up locations to the wedding. Pick-Up Locations Two Buses — Red Parrot | 348 Thames St, Newport, RI 02840 Boarding Time: 3:35 PM, Departure Time: 3:45 PM One Bus — Holiday Inn Express Newport North | 855 West Main Road, Middletown, RI 02842 Boarding Time: 3:35 PM, Departure Time: 3:45 PM If you do not plan to use the provided transportation, please keep in mind that it is Labor Day weekend and significant traffic delays are expected. We recommend allowing plenty of extra travel time.

Immediately following the ceremony, please join us for cocktail hour! We then invite you to take your seats for a dinner reception. After dinner, let the celebration continue on the dance floor! After the Wedding Two buses will take guests to the Red Parrot. Guests can either return to their accommodations or take a quick walk to the after party location at Buskers. One bus will return guests to the Holiday Inn Express Newport North in Middletown. Please note that the buses will have different destinations, so be sure to board the correct bus.
