Is there Wi-Fi available at the Bandy Canyon Ranch?

Answer

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi, but as we are located at the bottom of a canyon, sometimes service can be spotty. If you plan to work from the Ranch and urgently require a stable connection, we would suggest that you bring a portable hotspot – but who really wants to work on a wedding weekend retreat anyway?!

Can I check into my room at Bandy Canyon early?

Answer

Check-in begins at 3 PM, however, if you arrive early and your cottage is ready and available we will happily check you in. If your room is not available, we can store your luggage at the front desk until it is. Feel free to take in the pool scene or explore the Ranch while you wait. If you are staying off property check with your own hotel regarding early check in. Visit our "Travel" page for hotel recommendations.

What meals be included this weekend?

Answer

Wedding Guests: Cocktail Hour, Reception Dinner and Hosted Bar Wedding Party Staying at Bandy Canyon: Friday - Pool Party Light BBQ Bites and soft drinks Friday - Hoedown Taco Truck and hosted bar Saturday - Light Brunch (Bring coffee from your room)! You are encouraged to bring extra food, snacks and beverages into your room. There are wagons when you arrive to take your goods since no cars are allowed along the serene walkways to the cottages. All rooms have a mini kitchen and BBQ's outside! Please note that Bandy Canyon has a strict no alcohol policy unless served at specified events. Wine can be purchased at the ranch lobby. Uber Eats food delivery services are available in the area. Think of this as cabins in the woods and we are all on a big "glamping" trip together!

Are children welcome?

Answer

We have made space for children of direct family members. You will know if your mini me is invited to join the celebrations. Thank you for understanding! Children attending the wedding will be seated at a separate adjacent children's table. Please note that there are adjacent creeks and trails with wildlife and the gated pool does not have a lifeguard. Your child must be supervised at all times for their safety.

Is there Uber?

Ubers and ride-share services are available in the area! Off site hotels are approximately 15 minutes away from Bandy Canyon Ranch with some dark and windy roads. Please Drive safely!

What do we wear?

Friday Pool Party: Casual & comfortable—swimwear, cover-ups, sandals, and sun-ready looks encouraged. Bring a pool towel! If you have a fun floatie to share, please bring it! Friday Hoedown: Cowboy chic! Think fancy rodeo vibes—cowboy boots and hats, cute dresses, denim, and Western flair encouraged. Saturday Wedding: Formal attire required. This is our ceremony and reception, so please dress to impress...elegant gowns, or floor-length dresses or suits are welcome. The ceremony will take place on grass, so we recommend block heels, wedges, or stylish flats for comfort.

Can I bring my pet(s)?

We love your pets, however please arrange for a pet sitter during the wedding weekend and wedding ceremony and reception.

Can I bring my own alcohol to Bandy Canyon Ranch?

Answer

Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol into the hotel premises, including guest rooms, common areas, and event spaces. In addition to alcohol provided by the wedding hosts at specific wedding events, guests may purchase alcohol at the lobby. Alcohol purchased from the Ranch may be consumed in designated areas, such as your guest cottage, the adobe room, the bar, and specific event spaces.

Can I visit the adjacent Canyon Farm Animal Sanctuary (Farm stables)?

Answer

Yes, if you are staying on the ranch in a cabin with advanced reservation and payment of $7.00 per person with proceeds going to this non-profit rescue. Closed-toe shoes are required. We will not be organizing a group visit. Please contact Bandy Canyon Ranch in advance to inquire. We understand walk ins are not available.
