Rehearsal Dinner: Wedding Party/Immediate Family you're invited to stay at the ranch for our Wedding Weekend Retreat Thu, June 4th thru Sun, June 7th! We are honored to host the majority cost of the cabins, as well as all dinners. You are kindly requested to contribute a total of $333 per person to cover a portion of your 3-night weekend shared accommodations. Please VENMO $333 pp to @Sydney-Strabala today or by Mar 31st so we can reserve your space ON PROPERTY! Early reservations will get the best cabins and beds :) With no onsite restaurant, please pack snacks & drinks. Cabins have mini fridges, microwaves, and coffee machines. Uber Eats is also available. June 4th – Rehearsal Dinner 3:00 pm - Check in at Bandy Canyon. Gate code & more details coming soon. Wagons available to cart luggage as cars are not permitted to drive to cabins. 4:30 pm - Rehearsal in The Secret Garden followed with candlelit pizza dinner and meet n' greet in the Adobe. Hike, Yoga & Poolside Gathering (Friday)

Friday, June 5 - Poolside Day & Country Nights 9:00 am - Staying on-property or in town? Meet us at the Adobe Cafe Patio to kick off the day. Purchase a coffee and a pastry from the ranch's coffee cart. Then join us for an optional morning hike to explore the serenity of the 144-acre ranch or guided yoga class on the lawn. Tennis shoes or sturdy sandals are recommended, with yoga attire encouraged! Head back to your cabin for a short rest. 12:00 pm (noon) - Grab your swimsuit and towel as we invite you to wrangle a unicorn floatie at the pool. Casual BBQ bites and soft drinks provided! Wedding party - feel free to bring something to share!
Country Hoedown: Welcome Party! (Friday)

Friday Night: 5:30 pm - Arrive 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Taco Truck and Hosted Bar! We’ll trade swimsuits for cowboy boots and gather for a Country Hoedown! Think dress denims, boho fringe gowns, leather chaps and sparkly rhinestone buckles – If you’ve ever wanted to dress like a country music star, now’s the time! Come dressed in your fanciest rodeo attire and you'll warm the hearts of the bride and groom. (Yes - country attire is required!) Share our last night being single with tasty tacos and veggies, along with hosted wine, beer, and margs in the ranch’s historic adobe building. Expect horse shoes, games, line dancing under the stars - maybe a speech or two - then early to bed before our big day. Location: Outside on the Lawn and the Lodge in the Adobe Building

Saturday, June 6 - Sydney & Joshua Get Hitched! Guest Arrival – 3:00 pm (Free parking is provided) Ceremony – 4:00 pm on The Secret Garden Lawn Hosted Cocktail Hour - 4:30 pm Dinner Reception - 5:30 pm and party will follow! Dress is FORMAL wedding with a subtle western nod if you’re feeling it. This means long gown dresses and suits! Wedge heels and dress boots are advised for the ranch lawns.
