FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what is listed here, you can reach out to our wedding coordinator, Ashley Moody, at 512-333-2020.
Question

Will you require masks or people to be vaccinated to attend your wedding?

Answer

We know that COVID is, unfortunately, still a concern in our world. However, our wedding is supposed to be a celebration with close friends and family, and we want to keep that intact as much as possible. As such, we will NOT require guests to wear a mask or be vaccinated to attend, but you are more than welcome to wear your mask if it makes you more comfortable! If this decision means you cannot attend, we are truly sorry that you won't be with us to celebrate but fully understand your choice. We will miss you!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids--we really do! But we want tonight to be your night off to relax and celebrate with us. Please secure someone to watch the kiddos so you can do just that!

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Somewhere between business casual and cocktail attire. Cocktail dresses, slacks with button-down shirts, a full suit if you'd prefer. We want you to be comfortable but dressed nicely.

Question

What's for dinner? What if I'm a vegetarian or have an allergy/dietary restriction?

Answer

Our dinner is a BBQ buffet, Texas-style! If you are a vegetarian, vegan, or have a dietary restriction, please indicate this on the RSVP. For allergies, I would consult with the catering staff during their service to determine ingredients.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you. Please understand this is due to the guest number parameters of our venue and is not a reflection of how much we enjoy your current significant other!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! Please check out the Registry tab for more details.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4:45-4:50pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm. Please plan for traffic as this is a weeknight (Thursday) and the venue is in South Austin.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! All guests will park at the venue site parking lot. It is easily within walking distance of the ceremony and reception site.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. If you are in one of the hotels, please secure your own transportation to the ceremony site. It may be possible--and encouraged!--to communicate with other wedding guests staying there to go in on an Uber or Lyft together.
