Please note, whenever “the parking lot” is referenced below, it refers to the parking area in front of GNC & the Dry Cleaners in town next to Safeway. The specific address to reference is 1107 US-24, Woodland Park. For the Welcome Party on Friday, if you are bringing small children (i.e. require car seats) you are welcome to park on site at the venue. The address is 1635 Foards Tracts, Woodland Park, CO 80863. You will be on a dirt road, then turn onto another dirt road that goes up a hill. The house is near the top of the hill and there is a "1635" sign pinned to a tree trunk on your left. Note that the street sign for the uphill dirt road will say "Sand" instead of "Foards Tracts" but if you use Google Maps it will guide you correctly. For everyone else, we ask that you park at the parking lot and take the car service to the venue due to limited parking capacity on site. The car service will make its first departure from the parking lot at 5:55pm and be on standby for guests to go to and from the parking lot and the venue until around 9:30pm. The parking lot is only a few minutes from the venue, but you may have to wait 5-10 minutes for a ride. Thanks for understanding.
On Saturday, all guests will need to take a shuttle to the venue. The shuttle will be on standby for the duration of the evening and can take you back whenever you please. The shuttle holds 13 passengers and we expect the two largest trips at the end of the night to take place around 10pm and 10:30pm. We have some things to keep you occupied, but the specifics are a surprise :)
Sunday morning is one last chance for us to see you. Everyone is welcome to attend, regardless of whether you're staying at the Cliff House. We will be gathering in the semi-private music room right off the lobby from around 9:00am - 11:00am. We will be providing coffee and pastries, but a full breakfast is available for purchase if you'd like. The Cliff House address is 306 Cañon Ave, Manitou Springs, CO 80829. The hotel offers valet and there is street parking nearby.
Woodland Park sits at a high elevation of 8500 feet. Expect it to be in the 70s during the day and cool off in the evening. We are planning to hold everything outside, so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket for evening festivities!
Some of our guests are elderly or immunocompromised, so we ask that everyone be mindful of this for the weekend. If you are not feeling well, please test for COVID. If you feel fine but want to test for COVID before coming just as a precaution, we welcome that as well. Regardless of the reason, if you test positive, we remorsefully ask that you do not come. If you are not feeling well, but do not have COVID, please use your best judgement in deciding whether to come.
