Things To Do

We're so excited to share a few of our favorites with you!
Gene & Georgetti

Gene & Georgetti

500 North Franklin Street, Chicago, IL 60654

Our favorite! We met each other's parents here, celebrated our graduation here, and celebrated passing the bar here. Incredible steaks and pastas. Perfect for a nice dinner. Located right across the street from the church we are getting married at.

Dining Room At Kendall College

Dining Room At Kendall College

18 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60603

Kendall College is fine dining with a twist. Culinary students take your order and prepare your meal (all three courses!) We love coming here to celebrate special events, but make sure you make a reservation! They fill up in advance.

Pequod's Pizza

Pequod's Pizza

2207 North Clybourn Avenue, Chicago, IL 60614

Pequod's is our absolute favorite for Chicago deep dish pizza. Make sure you make a reservation because it gets packed.

Wrigley Field

Wrigley Field

1060 West Addison Street, Chicago, IL 60613

The first week we met we got lost in Wrigley Field together. Now, we go all the time! If you're staying in Chicago for a long weekend, make sure you try to catch a game to cheer on the Cubbies.

Raymond's Tacos on Damen

Raymond's Tacos on Damen

2406 South Blue Island Avenue, Chicago, IL 60608

We went here on our first date! Grace was so nervous she forgot how to eat tacos. Ray's is counter service, cash only, and perfect for a quick bite. It's a great way to see a glimpse of Pilsen, a Mexican neighborhood on the south side of Chicago.

The Wiener's Circle

The Wiener's Circle

2622 North Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60614

Grace threw Jacob a surprise birthday party here! They do a great Chicago style hot dog. The staff are known for being mean, so you know the food must be good.

North Avenue Beach

North Avenue Beach

Chicago, IL 60614

Chicago beaches are beautiful. North Avenue is great for soaking up the sun, walking the lakeshore trail, or even swimming in Lake Michigan, which is slightly less freezing in August.
